Postage Charges & Refund Conditions.


STANDARD POSTAGE - No Tracking Number

Small upto 140g - $3

Medium upto 240g - $5

Large upto 350g - $7

*PLEASE NOTE: By selecting standard post with no tracking number your agreeing that your order is posted at your own risk,Meaning that if Australia Post happen to loose or misplace your parcel i will NOT be replacing or giving any refunds at all.This also includes being delivered to the wrong address and any damages caused to your items.


TRACKABLE POSTAGE - Tracking Number will be supplied.

Small upto 450g - $9

 All other parcels over 450g are CAPPED at $10.



Small upto 500g - $13

All other parcels over 500g is $18 CAPPED.


FREE POSTAGE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $99 excluding Express Postage which will have an extra charge.


I'm located at Caves Beach NSW, So if your local and want to pickup your order then just select free pickup and send me a message requesting a day/ time to pickup.


For standard postage there is NO TRACKING NUMBER,So i'm sorry but i'm unable to find out where your item is if it happens to get lost and i'm unable to replace/refund missing orders.If you would like a tracking number then please select the postage which states TRACKING NUMBER and i'll upload the tracking number on your order when i have posted your item.

For INSTOCK items your order will be packaged up & posted within 48 hours,unless its an EXPRESS post then i'll post the same day if your order is completed by 1pm on a business day.

For PRE-ORDERS please allow an extra 3-6 weeks for your to arrive on top of your normal delivery times.


Refunds will NOT be granted for change of mind.However if your truly unhappy with your item then a refund maybe granted but the item has to be returned with 14 days unworn with all tags attached.There will be a 15% restocking fee charged and postage charges are excluded from refunds.      If you need to swap for another size then that maybe possible but you will need to pay all postage costs even return postage.

If you item arrives faulty or not as described please contact me straight away so i can resolve the problem.If your order was damaged in transit please contact asap with all photos including all packaging,I maybe able to refund the item amount but postage charges are non-refundable.

For all refunds including damaged items all items need to be returned before a refund is issued.All items will need to be returned to me in the same condition as it was delivered to you.If you don't return the item a discount code will be issued for the amount you paid excluding all postage charges.

I will not be refunding due to slightly different colour as everyones monitors/mobile colour settings are all set differently.

With all transactions i do ask for your patience and understanding as i too am a mother and have a family you also needs me at times.I run this business solely myself.
