Flat rates are:
Tracked Postage - $10.95 up to 1.5kg
- $13.95 upto 5kg
Express Postage - $15.95 upto 1.5kg
- $17.95 upto 5kg
I'm located at Caves Beach NSW, So if your local and want to pickup your order just pop the word PICKUP in the discount code section and send me a message requesting a day/ time to pickup.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.
No Refunds will be issued for change of mind or wrong sizing. You will need to make sure before purchasing that you are ordering the right size. All Custom Order purchases are final you will need to make sure you read your invoice before finalizing your order and get in contact with me with any questions.
If you do received your item damaged then please message me straight away (within 7 days of receiving your order) with a photo showing the exact problem and details for the reason for exchange.
If your order arrives damaged then I'm not at fault and between the both of us we can try and get your money back from Australia Post.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: There will be NO refunds granted on any Clearance Items no exceptions. If you need to swap for another size then that maybe possible but you will need to pay all postage costs even return postage.
If you item arrives faulty or not as described please contact me straight away so i can resolve the problem.
For all refunds including damaged items you will need to return the item to me before a refund is issued.All items will need to be returned to me in the same condition as it was delivered to you.I will not be refunding any customer without the item being returned to me first.
I will not be refunding due to slightly different colour as everyone's monitors/mobile colour settings are all set differently.
With all transactions i do ask for your patience and understanding as i too am a mother and have a family you also needs me at times.I run this business solely myself.
Turn around times are approx only and your items may take longer then originally stated but i will do my absolute best to get your order to you in a timely manner. Turn around time frame only starts once full payment has been received.
